JESS O'SHEA

Owner/Director

With over two decades of experience in customer service, Jess O'Shea leads O'Shea with a dedication to quality and care. Her extensive background includes 22 years in customer service, 5 years at Employment Works in Swan Hill, 14 years at Bendigo Bank, and 4 years managing O'Shea Services. Jess brings hands-on expertise in cleaning and support work, combined with a strong focus on client satisfaction and staff coordination.


Jess holds a Certificate IV in Disability & Business Administration, along with qualifications in Level 2 First Aid and Mental Health First Aid. Her credentials include Police Check, Working with Children’s Check, and NDIS Worker Screening, making her well-prepared to serve the community with professionalism and reliability.



At O'Shea, Jess oversees day-to-day operations, ensuring that every service meets the highest standards. Her commitment to excellence drives the quality service that O'Shea is known for, providing peace of mind and exceptional results for every client.
